1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through ShoppeShoppe ("shoppeshoppe.com"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Order Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2. User Eligibility & Account Responsibility

To place orders or register an account, you must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent under applicable Indian laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and mobile verification access.

3. Product Information, Pricing & GST

We strive to ensure complete accuracy in product listings, images, specifications, and prices.

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). GST (18%) and weight-based courier charges are clearly detailed in your order breakdown prior to payment.
• Product colors, dimensions, and visual finishes may vary slightly depending on monitor color calibration and factory batch variations.
• In the unlikely event that an item is ordered but becomes unexpectedly out of stock, we will notify you immediately and issue a 100% prompt refund.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation Restrictions

Orders may be paid prepaid via Cashfree Payments (supporting UPI, Cards, and NetBanking) or via Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible serviceable pincodes.

No Cancellations or Modifications After Order Confirmation: Once an order is confirmed, it is immediately submitted to the warehouse floor and cannot be canceled or modified. Detailed terms are available in our Order Cancellation Policy.

5. Shipping, Courier Logistics & Doorstep Rejection

Shipping timelines and charges are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

If a parcel is rejected, denied, or cannot be delivered due to customer absence or incorrect address, 2 times the original shipping charge (forward + reverse logistics) will be deducted before issuing any refund.

6. Returns, Unboxing Video Requirement & Electronics Policy

All returns are strictly governed by our Return & Refund Policy:

• Claims must be reported within 48 hours of parcel delivery.
• A continuous, uncut unboxing video showing the outer shipping label and defect is mandatory.
• As per supplier policy, no returns or refunds are provided for defective electronics items.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping back to the warehouse using a tracked courier.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, website logos, graphics, icons, product photography, software code, and editorial copy on ShoppeShoppe are the property of ShoppeShoppe or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or scraping is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law & Grievance Redressal

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. For any grievances, buyers may contact our designated Grievance Officer in accordance with our Contact & Grievance Redressal mechanism. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
